Eligibility:

To be seen at the MCC Clinic the patients must meet the following criteria

• Must be resident of Montgomery County.
• Have no medical coverage.
• Income level below 250% of Federal Poverty Line.
• You will be required to produce a copy of your government issued ID and proof of Income at your initial visit.
